Restrictions are at the sole discretion of the member restaurants, eateries, and businesses. The card promoter, iBRAG, is not responsible for implementation of these rules. The diversity of participating businesses dictates flexibility so please contact the business if you have questions.

Following is a list of restrictions and guidelines on the use of the Fine Arts and Eats Dining Card. Restaurants may choose to amend the guidelines at their discretion so please check with the businesses and website regularly.

 

  • Valid until December 31st of the year purchased
  • One card per table
  • Valid up to a party of 10
  • Not valid for private parties
  • Not valid for takeout, catering, and banquets**
  • May not be valid for the purchases of wine, beer, spirits
  • Not valid for the purchase of Gift Certificates
  • May be restricted on the following Holidays (list may be amended by business):
    • Valentines Day
    • Easter Sunday
    • Mother's Day
    • Father’s Day
    • Independence Day
    • Halloween
    • Thanksgiving Day
    • Christmas Eve
    • Christmas Day
    • New Years Eve
  • May not be combined with any other offer**
  • May not be redeemed for cash
  • May only be used for the purchases at participating businesses
